We place candidates in a variety of positions, primarily in engineering, information technology, and other high-tech industries. We also recruit managers and some professional and administrative employees.

We recruit for both temporary and direct positions, depending on what the client needs. Some temporary positions eventually lead to a direct position with the client.

No. As an employee of K. A. Hamilton, we will withhold and file all mandated employment taxes for you. You will receive a W2 at years' end for filing your personal tax return.

This depends on several factors, including the contract duration and the terms of the contract between us and our client. Many of our employees do receive paid holidays and vacations, and health, dental, and vision insurance is available to full-time employees. We also offer participation in our 401(k) plan.

K. A. Hamilton employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis, every other Thursday via direct deposit.
